Do we offer support & assistance?

Yes, unlike some service providers we provide full email & phone support. If you have a problem or a question you can contact us anytime. If required we can remotely view your computer to see the issue first hand, even mobiles & tablets.

Is Flibble secure?

Yes, Cloud security with Flibble is fully compliant with many world-class industry standards and is verified by third parties. There are additional security features built in to our software to ensure the highest level of security and protection. All connections are encrypted and all data is transmitted securely.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in our secure data centres, on our own servers. We do not buy or rent storage from any third party. Data is stored within your own local country. For example if you are based in the United Kingdom then your data is too. If you are based in New York then your data is stored in the USA.

Who owns my data?

All data stored in our systems belongs to you. You own your data and retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you store with us. You may remove your data at any time, for any reason and without any assistance from us.

Is my data backed up for me?

Yes, your data is replicated across several sites on a continual basis. When you upload or save a file, it is syncronised with two or more sites located hundreds of miles apart within a few seconds. We always have multiple copies of your data and you do not need to run your own backup if your files are stored with us.

Do I need to subscribe to all features?

No, the beauty about Flibble is that you select only the features you require. Fibble has been designed to be totally flexible and you can add options from month to month.

Do we have any contractual obligations?

Yes, we put these in writing and you can view them in our [terms & conditions]. Should you require we would be more than happy to sign an agreement with you.

Do we have any Service Level Agreements (SLAs)?

Yes, we guarantee 99.9% uptime service level agreement. We have high commitment to maintaining service availability. With localised data centres any maintenance is done while our customers are sleeping.

Do we access your data?

No, we have no need to unless requested by you. We don’t scan your email or documents for building analytics, data mining, advertising or to improve our service. We do however scan email for viruses, malware and spam as part of our standard service.
